These were good hardworking people that were trapped in employment.  They wanted more but couldn’t see a way out.

The problem is that most franchise systems make money out of selling franchises and this has never been our philosophy.  We believe we should make money when you are making money and have always worked on that basis.

The problem is, there are a lot of costs associated with operating a franchise system, along with lots of regulation. We created our system to provide a 5 Star solution and realised that not everyone wanted, or needed, or could afford that. 

So we decided to strip out some of the, nice to haves but not essential items, out of the package, to arrive at a really low-cost option.
